Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy

You may request to have your PangeaEMR account deactivated at any time by sending an email to info@pangeaemr.com. Once your account is deactivated, you will no longer be able to log in or access the system.

Please note that while your account is deactivated, your personal and medical data may still remain stored in our system. This is because healthcare records are often required to be retained by your clinic for medical, legal, and compliance reasons.

The final decision to permanently delete or retain your data rests with your clinic. Clinics may choose to:

  • Keep your records in compliance with healthcare regulations and continuity of care, or

  • Delete your data entirely if permitted under applicable law and at their discretion.
